We stand behind our absorbents, containment solutions, and safety equipment, but understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. This policy outlines our straightforward process for returns and exchanges.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns of most unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned once opened:
- Absorbent Granules & Powder (opened containers)
- Absorbent Pads & Rolls (partial rolls or opened packages)
- Smart Liners (used or opened liners)
- Any products that have been used in spill containment situations
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return an item:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package Your Return: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at the address provided in your RMA instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different size or product:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the replacement product
- Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange and ship the new item
Note: You will be responsible for any price difference in the exchanged item plus additional shipping costs if applicable.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
